The Grand Hotel Dechampaigne displays 6 levels with each a different style, refering to major historical periods of France.
- First floor: non-smoking area, Louis the fifteenth century, Jouy cloth (light colors)
- Second floor: sparkling rigour of the Louis the thirteenth style.
- Third floor: country style of stones and lumberbeams and a high ceiling.
- Fourth floor: Bordeaux and gold colors.
- Fifth floor: non-smoking. The five rooms of this floor refer to the Louis the Sixteenth style. Paintings and a view of the Parisian roofs complete the scenery.
- Sixth floor: Romantic view from under the roofs of Paris. Louis the fifteenth style and Jouy cloth (blue colors).
Breakfeast is a buffet displaying cakes, fruits (either of season or exotic), ham, bacon and sausage, cheese, yoghurts.
